I like the Aero theme except of some minor things that changed in this theme:
1 - add more transparency to taskbar and start menu.
2 - Remove the user picture from start menu.
3 - resize the right panel of the start menu.
4 - remove any aero reflections.
5 - change the preview pane background.
6 - remove the stripes background from library pane.

Requirements:
- Windows 7 final version (6.1.7600.16385).
- 3rd party desktop msstyle themes support.
- Aero is enabled.

How to install ?
extract the My7.theme file and the My7 folder to c:\windows\resources\Themes.
double click on My7.theme and logoff-login to complete all changes.
